Why "Huellas de Gaviota" (Seagulls Tracks)?
For me, seagulls have always been synonymous with holidays. In my hometown, Vitoria-Gasteiz, there is no coast and there are no seagulls (although it is a great city that is well worth visiting). In summer we always went to the beach and there were lots of them, so my head began to associate them with happiness.
I know a lot of people hate them but the ones on this blog are very cute. Whenever I travel I try to photograph them (pigeons if I don't find seagulls), hence the name of the blog!

How did it all begin?
When I was a child I spent all my summers in Cantabria, we always went to the same place, which fascinated me. It wasn't until I was in my early 20s that I got the curiosity to travel that I have now.
In 2014 I planned a trip to London with a friend and that's when I think it all started. I had already visited other countries before, but the fact of organising it and going on our own gave me the feeling of wanting to travel more and more. Then came Ireland, Italy, Germany, Scotland... Through Huellas de Gaviota I want to share my experiences and awaken the travelling curiosity of more people!
